1. Film Camera Products
All cameras sold by our store are vintage (used) items.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer-related reasons, such as differences in expectation or difficulty of operation.
Please carefully review the product photos and details before purchasing.
[60-Day Operational Warranty]
If a natural malfunction occurs within 60 days after delivery (such as shutter failure or exposure meter malfunction), we will respond in the following order:
① Free repair
② Replacement with an equivalent item
③ Full refund (if repair is impossible and no replacement stock is available)
* Damage caused by dropping, water exposure, or improper use is not covered.
2. Film Developing and Digitization Services
Due to the nature of the service, cancellations and refunds cannot be accepted once work has begun (after the film has arrived at our store and has been opened).
[Accidents and Compensation for Items Entrusted to Us]
We handle all entrusted film with the utmost care. However, in the unlikely event of an accident, damage, or loss, compensation will be provided based on the following categories and limits.
Article 1: Categories of Compensation
① Accidents caused by negligence in our work process
(Examples: cutting mistakes, scan setting errors, mix-ups, or inadequate management during the work process)
If an accident is determined to have been caused by our work process, compensation will be limited to a refund of the film developing and digitization fee for one affected roll of film.
② Accidents caused by equipment failure
(Such as sudden equipment trouble occurring despite normal maintenance and management by our store)
If the film is affected due to such equipment trouble, compensation will be limited to a refund of the film developing and digitization fee for one affected roll of film.
* This category does not apply if normal maintenance and management were significantly neglected.
③ Accidents caused by force majeure
(Earthquakes, fire, flood, power outages, accidents during shipping, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control)
If damage occurs due to reasons not attributable to our store, it will in principle not be eligible for compensation.
Article 2: Scope of Compensation
In all cases, compensation is limited to a refund of the film developing and digitization fee for one affected roll of film.
The following are excluded from compensation regardless of the reason:
- The purchase price of the film itself
- Expenses related to the shoot, such as transportation or accommodation costs
- Loss of shooting opportunity
- Mental or emotional damages
- The value of the recorded content (memories)
- Business losses or lost profits related to secondary use
Article 3: Other Matters
- The determination of whether an accident occurred and the applicable compensation category will be made reasonably by our store after confirming the facts.
- If an accident is discovered before shipment, we will contact you promptly.
- This policy may be revised without prior notice.
* We are unable to compensate for the value of the recorded content (memories) or any expenses related to the shoot (such as transportation costs).
3. Return Procedure
If you need to return an item due to an initial defect, please contact us first through our inquiry form.
Please send the item to the address designated by our store using "cash on delivery" shipping.
We may not be able to accept returned items sent without prior notice.
