Shipping, Delivery Fees, and Lead Times
At Natsusomare, we carefully pack and deliver each order with great care.
Since delivery timing varies depending on the type of service, please review the details below.
1. Processing Time Before Shipment
📷 Orders for Cameras and Physical Items
Shipped within 2 business days after payment is completed
(Example: Orders placed on Monday will be shipped by Wednesday.)
* During the pre-opening period, an additional 1–2 days may be required for inspection.
🎞 Film Developing Service
After your film arrives at our store, delivery will be completed in the following two stages.

① Digital delivery:
Normally, a download URL will be sent to you by email within 3 business days after the film arrives. -
② Return of negatives (developed film):
After digital delivery, negatives are shipped out in batches on a rolling basis.
* For shipping efficiency, we regularly arrange collection and shipment together with other customers’ orders. As a result, there may be a time lag of several days to about one week between digital delivery and the return of your negatives. Please be assured that your film is stored carefully during this period.
2. Shipping Carriers and Methods
We will choose the most suitable shipping method based on the size and type of the item.
* Customers cannot choose the shipping carrier.
- Cameras and precision equipment: Yamato Transport (TA-Q-BIN) / Japan Post (Yu-Pack)
- Return of developed negatives: Japan Post (Click Post / Letter Pack, etc.)
3. Preferred Delivery Date and Time
For items shipped by courier services such as TA-Q-BIN or Yu-Pack (for example, cameras), delivery date and time can be specified.
If you have a preference, please enter it in the "Order Notes" field on the cart page.
* For the return of developed negatives or orders containing accessories only, mailbox delivery services such as Click Post may be used, so delivery date and time cannot be specified.
4. Long-Term Absence or Incorrect Address Information
If a package is returned to our store after the storage period has expired due to customer-related reasons (such as long-term absence or an incorrect address), the actual reshipping fee will be charged to the customer.
In particular, when returning negatives, delivery is usually made by mailbox drop-off, so please make sure your nameplate is visible and your address is entered correctly.
