■ Operation during the pre-opening period
Natsusomare is currently in its "pre-opening period," offering services at special, lower-than-usual prices.
As we are operating while continuously improving our processes, there may be unexpected situations that cause delivery dates to fluctuate or delays in our responses.
While our service level may not yet be fully perfected, we assure you that each piece will be finished with meticulous care. We appreciate your understanding.■ Finish and Delivery Specifications
- Standard Specifications
If no options are selected, data will be returned in "JPEG format," and negatives will be returned as "long rolls (uncut)." - Negative Cutting Limitations
Even if "negative cutting (+¥100)" is selected, sections where the frames are unclear due to "frame overlap" or "extreme underexposure" during shooting will be returned as a long roll without cutting to prevent damage to the negative.
(※In such cases, a storage sheet will be enclosed, and we kindly ask you to cut it yourself.) - Characteristics of Scanning
Our digital duplication (camera-based scanning) method offers ultra-high image quality, but due to its nature, dust can easily appear in the images. Although we remove dust to the maximum extent possible using our unique dust reduction process, please understand that it is structurally difficult to eliminate it completely.
■ 【Important】Undevelopable Film and Risks
The developing machine we currently use is exclusively for "color negative film (C-41 process)."
(※Monochrome, reversal, and large format films will be supported soon.)If any of the following films are mixed in, it can contaminate the developing solution and lead to a serious accident, causing machine failure:
- Monochrome film (excluding C-41 process film)
- Reversal (positive) film
- Motion picture film (repacked/ECN-2)
- Overseas film with no process indicated
- Film repaired with tape
In the unlikely event that these are mixed in and cause damage to the developing machine, we may charge you for repair costs and business compensation at actual cost.
If you are unsure of the film type, please inquire before sending it.■ Accidents and Compensation during Custody
While we handle your entrusted film with the utmost care, in the event of a developing machine malfunction, an accident due to force majeure, loss, or similar incidents, compensation will be limited to the following:
- Refund of the developing fee for the relevant film
- Or, replacement with the same number of new films
※We cannot compensate for "costs incurred for shooting (e.g., transportation fees)" or the "value of recorded content (memories)." Additionally, please understand that we cannot be held responsible for postal accidents (loss or damage) that occur during delivery to our store.

How to Use Our Services
【 Steps to Use 】
- Order
Select your desired plan and options, then complete the payment. - Film Shipment
After ordering, place your film in an envelope or small box and mail it to us. (Please note: Shipping costs are borne by the customer.) - Development & Data Delivery
Once your film arrives at our store, we will develop it and convert it to data, then send you a download URL via email. - Negative Film Return
After data delivery is complete, we will mail the developed negative film back to your home address.

Standard Delivery
Delivery within 3 business days from the day after receipt
Example: Received Monday → Delivered by Friday 24:00
*Wednesdays are our regular closing day, so they are not counted as business days.Quick Pass (Paid)
We prioritize your order and aim for same-day delivery for items received by noon.
*Same-day delivery is not guaranteed.
*If same-day delivery is essential, please mention it in the remarks. Please note that it may not be possible depending on congestion.Slow Discount
Delivery will be 7-10 days, but you receive a ¥100 discount per roll.【B】Plan: Degas
Delivery takes longer than usual as a dedicated staff member processes each image individually.

Delivery approximately one week from the date of receipt

We prioritize your order and deliver within 3-4 business days.

You receive a ¥100 discount per roll in exchange for a longer delivery time.

After data delivery, your developed negatives will be returned.
Returns are processed in batches, so it may take 1-2 weeks from data delivery.

[Shipping Costs]
- Shipping cost for sending film to us: To be borne by the customer (sender pays).
- Shipping cost for returning film: ¥300 flat rate nationwide
(This will be charged as shipping cost when you place your order. Returns will be made using Yamato's Nekopos service.) - We will keep you updated on the arrival and progress of your film. (This will be an automated email.)

Pre-purchase Checklist
All cameras handled by Natsusomare are vintage items manufactured decades ago.
Each item has a different appearance and condition.
When purchasing, please be sure to carefully check the images attached to the product page, and only after you are satisfied, welcome it as "your partner."
If you have any questions or anything that is unclear from the images, please feel free to contact us before purchasing. -
Shipping and delivery

Cancellations and Returns
[Returns due to customer's convenience]
Due to the nature of vintage items, we cannot accept cancellations or returns after shipment for reasons such as "the image was different from what I expected" or "I made a mistake in my order." We appreciate your understanding.[Initial defects/Malfunctions]
In the unlikely event that the camera you received is defective, it will be covered by our warranty if reported within 2 months (60 days) of product arrival. -
Warranty Claim Process (for Malfunctions)
If a problem occurs, please contact our store first. We will respond with the utmost sincerity according to the following procedure:
- Returns
We will cover the shipping costs (collect). Please send the item to the designated address. - Priority of Action
We will first address the issue by "repair" or "exchange for an equivalent product." After the repair is completed, we will reship the item to you at our expense. - Refunds
Only in cases where repairs require a long time or are deemed impossible (no replacement product available), will a full refund be issued.
⚠️ Cases Not Covered by Warranty
Even within the warranty period, returns and free repairs will not be covered in the following cases:- Malfunctions due to customer negligence (e.g., water damage, drops, impacts, improper use)
- Malfunctions caused by mud, sand, or water exposure
- Evidence of disassembly or repair by another store or by yourself
